Investment Ohio was founded in 2017 by Bonnie Wu, following her return to Hong Kong after years in the U.S. real estate sector. While working in Los Angeles for a major banking institution, Bonnie gained hands-on experience financing large-scale real estate developments, including hotel and retail projects. This gave her deep expertise in real estate finance and operations.

Back in Hong Kong, Bonnie noticed a significant gap in awareness about the investment potential in Ohio’s real estate market. Seeing an opportunity, she launched Investment Ohio—pioneering a firm that bridges international investors with high-return real estate opportunities in the U.S., with a focus on Ohio.
